After the playscape was erected and mulch was spread the border was delivered and installed.  APCCF originally was going to pay for a shortfall in the entire bill.  However, Pat Hawkins (Parks and Recreation Director) proposed we pay for the border which was a separate invoice.

We agreed that this would be an excellent use of our funds.  At our November 7, 2016 Board Meeting we presented Pat with a check for $2809.00, made out to the vendor.
