Project Application

To be considered for funding and/or assistance from Allen Park Citizens Civic Fund (APCCF), all applicants are required to submit a request either via email to or mail to APCCF, PO Box 997, Allen Park, MI 48101.

All requests must include the following information:

  • Name of applicant (person / organization)

  • Contact information including name, phone number, and email address

  • Expected project start and completion dates

  • Project description including estimated cost and how it will benefit the City of Allen Park

  • Attach any documentation you deem appropriate to the project

All requests will be reviewed and receive a reply. Should the project be approved, APCCF may assist in identifying additional resources that can possibly be secured for the project. Projects with resources already secured may receive expedited consideration. Project proposals that include support letters from other groups / organizations may also receive expedited consideration. Please note that you may be required to present additional information to the Board. If approved, an agreement between the parties will be required.
